The FEA 1031 PAC provides an opportunity for FEA members to support federal legislators who share our view, values and who will help us protect Section 1031 from any potential tax reform. By pooling our resources through the FEA 1031 PAC, we can ensure that our voices are heard in Washington.

Employees of an FEA member company are eligible to contribute to the FEA 1031 PAC. However, FEA members must give the FEA 1031 PAC permission to solicit contributions from their employees. Please take the time to complete this “Permission to Solicit” form so that we may promote the FEA 1031 PAC to your employees. The corporation may not approve solicitations by another trade association for the same calendar year.
